I would try this - try doing a factory reset on your SC1, this will clear all your pairing. Also, clear all the BRP bluetooth pairing. Then pair it with the BRP. Don't pair your phone or anything ...

Humberto, What was the last thing you did with the 10C, before it lost sound in the speakers? Try doing a factory reset and a fault reset, to see if it makes a difference.

Delete the Sena smh10 from your phone and pair again. Press and hold the small button in rear of SMH10 for 6 seconds, the light will blink blue and red. SMH10 is now ready for pairing with your phone.

There is an option in the 30K app that you can disable to stop this. It's called VOX Intercom - disable this option and it will fix the messages.

The SMH10 does not have the (-) button. You need to power it on after it ask you to plug in the cable.
