Prism and FREEWIRE pairing

I have the Sena 20S, Sena Prism and Sena Freewire. 

When the 20S is paried with the Prism I cannot hear the sena Freewire. 

How do I hear the Sena Freewire audio from a CB and record that Audio to the Sena Prism.

  navigation audio will not be heard if you have a conversation on your phone or intercom. This is due to the set priority within the FreeWire."

  Excuse me, Sena, but Is that why there is no audio when Prism is connected to my 20s? Just like to know my FreeWire is not broken. Thanks.

   

  is there a workaround like different channels or something?
