I have 2 10S that don't turn on -- SOLVED
I have charged both units, it took about 2 hours for the light to turn from red to blue. The units will not power on. I have tried it with units attached to helmet, as well as alone. I have tried the 1 second as well as 10 second reset. I have tried connecting to a Windows laptop with Sena Buetooth Device Manager, and holding the phone button for 5 seconds, nothing happens and the device is not recognized. Not sure what else to try.

Ok, I guess winter was too long here in Minnesota. I had forgot that you need to hold Both the phone and jog dial to turn on. Tech support was great and got me clued in.

Roland, if misery loves company then I'm writing this post to make you feel better. My wife and I both have 10R units and we ride 2 up. This weekend we got all geared up for a Spring shakedown ride and neither of us could power on our 10R units. I ordered a replacement battery thinking that might have been a failure. Still could not power it on. I was about to open a support case with Sena and read your post. Problem was DFU (dumb f*%$#^ user) but after reading your post I tried a couple of different button combinations and my 10R lit up (on the 10R you have to press the + and main button simultaneously to turn the units on/off)! Winter does bad things on the Synapses I guess. But your post helped me realize my mistake, so thanks.

Hey there, I try to help in any way ,I can! I'm glad you got them figured out. That is the only shortcoming I have found in these devices, is the number of control combinations to remember.
