10u: radio poor quality & handlebar remote doesn't work

I have the 10U since mid 2016.

Issues:

- radio sound is not clear, on most radio channels often the sound is disturbed

- handlebar remote suddenly seems to have gone dead. Should be fully charged, but it doesn't react to any button push. Can't seem to power it up.

Now what do I do?

Seriously doubting if this was a good purchase.

Can anyone help me? Thx.

  I've returned a 10U once already for radio and speaker failure. I returned it though revzilla. Although I think they made me contact Sena first.

  Have the same problem with the remote control. It's already my third one. Have to wait 3 months for a new one. The third one was dying two day's ago it means all my holly day's without remote or I have to buy a new one. For me no more SENA the service is very bad.
