Pair 20s with Bluetooth cable

How can a Westone Bluetooth cable (https://www.westone.com/store/music/index.php/accessories/bluetooth-cable) be paired with the 20s? 

Purpose:

1. To replace the wired Sena speakers... with no smartphone, just the Bluetooth cable and 20s.

2. To listen to music via smartphone.

  Unfortunately it is not possible to pair the 20S to this product because it is like pairing a Bluetooth speaker to another Bluetooth speaker.

  You cannot use the Westone Bluetooth as a replacement to the 20S speakers.

  What you do is pair your Westone Bluetooth directly with your phone instead if you just want to listen to music.
