Horrible customer service for tech support!

I am so frustrated! We purchased two SENA 20Ss for my husband and myself. For the last year they worked fine. We upgraded our iPhones and are trying to set them back up and cannot get them set back up again. I have called tech support multiple times with no resolve. I have tried to online chat with MJ but all I am being told is you cannot stream music from your iPhone and have the volume reduce to hear verbal directions from my Nav VI GPS. BUT it was working that way fine on our previous iPhones. Please help me get it set up so I do not have to choose between music or GPS verbal directions. This would be a huge miss for your company in the motorcycle community.
