Voice commands

Hi!
I bought a set of DUO 20S. Voice commands don't work at both devices. As though the microphone doesn't work. But I changed and tried all 3 microphones from a set. In case of telephone conversation microphones work. I did program up-dating. How to activate voice commands?

  Connect your phone or computer to the device and using the software enable voice commands

   

  Or hold the jog dial for 12 seconds and wait for the LED to show solid blue and you'll hear "Configuration Menu"

  Rotate the jog dial until you hear "voice prompt"

  Tap the phone button to enable

  GRV,

  You did not say how you are doing it. So perhaps you do not know how?

  So go to page 30 and 31 in the manual

  You can press the ambient button to trigger it. And in manual there is a list of commands you can use like "check battery"

  In what point of the program there is such switching on "voice commands"?
  "voice prompt" it is voice comments - all this is included
