Do you have the SC1 Standard? It doesn't include this feature like the SC1 Advanced does.

I also don't have that option on basic but when I was buying there was no info about that difference. Also in user manual there is no ' * ' in Speed dial configuration menu that it's only for advanced.

    I'm so disappointed...

The specs for the SC1 and SC1 advance explain the differences in features (FM, speed dial, longer talk time, etc...)

Brett Hawton ther is NO talking about speed dial in differences, you check it again and you will see it.

I have speed dial problem to and am really angry because this option should be on SC1 Standard as told!

If soon no answer comes back with good solution then I will make my one solution with a lawyer!

Look at this page and scroll down to "CONNECTING YOUR PHONE". You'll notice that "Set up speed dial" & "Save pre-set radio stations" have an asterisk with a note directly below stating "SC1 Advanced only".

Yes you are right, there it is. sorry about that. But what about las dialed number? That is not working to! Voice commands NOT WORKING! That has so many bugs it sholud newer come out for sale!

Hey for that money that system should be doing all that before I say something. This is REALLY a crap solution and I dont have in mind just to let that go!

Still waiting for an  answer from them or Schuberth if no answer comes in 4 days then they will be getting a problem.

I use my phone interface instead of the 2 tiny buttons on the helmet. My phone's mounted on my handlebars using a custom mount with wireless charging that I made so all I have to do is hit the microphone icon using the Android Auto app  to use Google Assistant's voice commands. It works REALLY well for music, navigation, sending texts, making calls, and looking for gas stations or restaurants. I only use the VOX command to answer calls hands free and it only works if I yell "FU Sena" at the top of my lungs (no joke). You should probably give up on Sena/Schuberth helping you since all they do is tell you to reboot the system over and over and then say to return the SC1 after you bug them for 60 days.
