Sena 20S Dead Battery
Do you own a Sena 20S with a dead batter that is out of warranty? Interested in selling it? If so, please let me know.

I have a 20s with a bad battery U tube shows you how to change the battery and you can buy one on amazon. you would think that sena itself would operate a repair facility. Lousy customer service they gave me part number of battery and said where i buy the battery they should be able to change it. There delusional you have to do it yourself. I spent almost $ 800.00 for two units and they tell me to upgrade to a newer model.

You can buy a battery for the 20S in Amazon but with the wrong connector.
Sena doesn't sell a replacement battery with the right connector.
Agree, lousy customer service.
