I know you have introduced a new product called the 20S EVO. Hopefully it will fix the issue with noise when connecting more than 2 people so if you have made this discovery will you put it into the next 20S update?

Lbarbee We had some limited success with our 20s with three people after turning off HD audio. Although the docs seem to medicate it does that automatically when the third connects.. Keeping the fourth person online with us is still flakey at times but the noise got better with HD off. FWIW. With two 10s and 2 20s it was as if the 20s were hanging onto the HD connection and sucking up the ether from the 10s. Turn HD off, much better.

Lbarbee My reading indicates that EVO is no better. Bought one but not tested yet. Reading also indicates 30K is even worse, plus loses multi-tasking and other features.
