M1 Evo Won't Turn On, Firmware Update Loop
Just got a new M1 EVO. It turned on just fine out of the box. I connected it to a new R1 EVO via mesh and it worked fine. Turned everything off.
Few hours later tried to turn the M1 EVO on so I could pair with my phone. No response.
Plugged it in, rear light is blue. Does this mean full battery? Plugged in the R1 EVO and rear light is red.
Connected M1 EVO to computer, device recognized, new firmware downloaded (current is 2.0.1, new is 2.0.7). Firmware install proceeds, app says "successful" but I am immediately prompted to download the 2.0.7 firmware again and the helmet remains on 2.0.1. I have tried this 3 times now.
Any ideas?

rear light when plugged in is battery status. sena uses the red/blue pattern on it on many models.
Also: there was one batch on a different model where they had mixed up something so it wouldnt take regular firmware updates => https://community.sena.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/4405349334548-Freewire-01-Harley-WRONG-FIRMWARE-TWICE-0 -
Support was able to get me straightened out. I had to do a fault reset (plug helmet in, insert paper clip) and then let it charge for 3 hours. I suspect I must have left the helmet on and drained it all the way? I guess there's no auto-shutoff. Seems to be ok now.
