My RC4 keeps connecting and disconnecting from my Schubert c4 pro

Hi, I have paired my Schubert C4 Pro with my phone and then I tried to do the same with the remote control. I turn the helmet on and connect to the phone, I then put the controller on and is says remote control connected then I get remote control disconnected. I am hoping someone can give me advice to why this is happing

  We recommend to pair your RC4 remote to the headset using the headset's "Remote Control Pairing" method (if applicable). The pairing method for this is normally found within the configuration menu of the headset.
