Anyone else having problems with other riders not hearing your Sena SRL-Mesh?
I continue to have problems with my riding buddies not being able to hear me on my SRL-Mesh. If the two bikes are very close then they hear me fine. But if we get 100 feet apart it's hit and miss. Sometimes I come through clearly, but often I do not. I am on my second SRL-Mesh unit, after the first was returned upon the recommendation of Sena support. But the problem continues. For comparison, my buddies have no problem hearing me on my Sena 50S. I can hear everyone perfectly, but they can't hear me. Anyone else having this problem? Solutions?

Hi doug28262
Could you provide more information about the type of riding environment where you experienced these issues? It would be helpful to understand the context.
In the meantime, here's an example video that demonstrates the distance achievable with mesh communication when there's minimal interference and what can happen when there's a building obstructing the signal: [Video Link]
Feel free to share more details so we can better assist you!

Our scenario is when we are in motion, riding in a stagger formation, and at distances shown in the referenced video my friends can not make out what I am saying. We are line of site. I am usually following the other bikes. This applies even at the beginning distance in the video (was that 70 feet)? I would think this is a problem on my friends end with some form of noise cancelation, but the two friends can communicate effectively with each other, but at the same time they can not hear me. I have a new Shoei Neotec 2 helmet with a new SRL-Mesh system. My helmet and visor are in the closed position. I am on a BMW GSA behind a full windshield. My friends have smaller windshields.

Check firmware updates - Make sure both your headset and your buddies' headsets are on the latest firmware, drift hunters as updates can improve connection stability.
