Sena 30K firmware update

I have a 30K and I tried to update the firmware via the device manager but am getting the message, Cannot see server.  Is there anywhere I can download the latest firmware, I think 4.1 and update it manually via the choose file on the device manager?

 

I have contacted the help desk twice and they have replied asking for information and pics of my device which I have sent but are not sending the file?

  Hi Simon,

  Considering there are multiple versions of the 30K, you can expect it to fall under one of these categories:

  • 30K-03 (latest version) V4.1 - Link
  • 30K-01/02 (older versions) V3.4 - Link

  If you need further clarification or have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

  Hello. I bought Sena 30K-03. I wanted to update the firmware, but the device manager does not detect the server.
  Where can I download the v4.2 update file? Very urgent, I'm leaving on a motorcycle with my friends in a few days
