How to update firmware in Win7

Not in the users guide or in the forum. How can this be? Would really like to have this procedure.

  Hi Greg,

  Go to http://senabluetooth.com/support/pre_download_document.php

  Register and then sign in. Download and install the Sena Device Manager for your Windows 7 (32 or 64 bit)

  You'll the USB cable that came with your device.

  Launch the Sena app, select your device and follow the instructions on the screen.

  I have a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7 64-bit.  The Sena Device Manager will not recognize my SMH10 devices.  On my Acer desktop running Windows 7 32-bit, it works as expected.
