I bought the dual SMH10 kit for my wife and I to talk. I have an iPhone 4S and she has a Blackberry 9650. When I use my iPhone to listen to music via Bluetooth, it works just fine. When she uses her Blackberry to listen to music via Bluetooth, it works just fine. When we both try to listen to music via Bluetooth at the same time, we both get popping and skipping on both headsets. What would cause this and how can I stop it other than one of us not having music?

Jonathan R. I too have this same problem. I think it has to do with just the proximity of two streams.... because alone, there is no problem... but on the bike i'm constantly getting skips, dropouts, clicks, etc on my audio stream while my wife is listening to her music. Its so annoying I'd rather not listen to music (which is a shame because I purchased this unit pair to be able to have unique audio for each headset, etc).
I too want to see if there is a solution to this.. I'm running 4.1.1 on both headsets.

Victor Vogt Ditto. Wife and I both have Samsung S3s. BT MP3 music skips when both are listening each to their own phone. If one pauses, the other is fine.
Have latest software updates.
Can't put much distance between us as we are riding on the same motorcycle.

Victor Vogt We will try wiring one phone and BT the other, but that shouldn't be necessary. That requires using the UI of the phone to II, FF REW etc.
Who wants to have their expensive phone in their hand while motorbiking?

Victor Vogt The problem has been resolved. They had me go to the Sena Device Manager's Device Setting and enable EDR and disable Higher Quality A2DP.
