Alternate mount for SMH10?
Does Sena offer an alternate mounting plate to move the unit higher up on the helmet? I have a tendency to hit the jog button with my jacket when turning my head. This usually just adjusts the volume, however it will sometimes disconnect me from the intercom when riding in a group. Being able to raise the unit higher on the helmet would be really nice.

We do not have a mount that can go up the helmet. We have an optional clamp where you can mount towards the rear. The mics are corded and detachable and are long enough to reach the front of the helmet.

Thanks, but that won't work. I tried moving my existing clamp rearward but it didn't help much. I also had more of a problem reaching it.

Phone is able to charge on ANY charger I've given it so far: usb/computer, Garmin chargers, and a slew of other 12v car adapters. The only problem is the Sena 12v car adapters. They only work on the SMH10s and NONE of my other devices like baddiehub site working on all device. I agree with your conclusion that they're putting out a very low amperage - just enough for the SMH10 and my other usb devices need more. Too bad they can't be used globally, like all the other adapters I've tried.
