SMH5 1.2.2 firmware image for Mac is corrupted

I've downloaded the 1.2.2 firmware image several times. Get an error that time disk image couldn't be opened, reason is "not recognized".

  I'm getting the same error for 20S v1.3. I see it's been almost two years since this same question was asked and it never got answered. Does anyone answer questions in this help forum?

  I had this same issue, but I discovered that I was trying to open to downloaded file before installing the Sena Device Manager (Support > Software > Sena Device Manager). When using the device manager it also downloads the file and it's then able to use it.
