How long does intercom pairing last?
How long does intercom pairing last? That is, if two SMH10's are paired and working, and then they're both turned off, is pairing needed again? Put another way, when do two or more SMH10's need to do intercom pairing?

The two paired SMH10s do not need to intercom paired again once they are powered off as both of them will keep that information in memory for when they are powered back on.
SMH10s need to be re-paired after updating the firmware, performing a Factory Reset, or the connection between the headsests have become unstable.
