trying to update the firmware on my sena smh10 and keep getting the cannot claim device message and 3% done

  Well this is helpful. Does the staff not watch these forums and post solutions? I have the problem also. Now we are all just screwed.... I really don't want to take this thing back. Sena please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  What kind of computer and SENA model you have? You might want to try this on another PC.
