There is a work around  that is reported to work:

    Good Luck and safe riding

I'm not worried about pairing the phone (call feature) with the bike. I have no problem pairing the phone's media to the bike and the phone call feature to the SMH10. I just upgraded the Infotainment software and will try it again. The reported work around doesn't answer my need.

I added a 3.5 input for the Harmen Karden system. This feature is now in the P&A catalog as well. I had mine installed by the Dealer for speed and warranty reasons. Can you tell me how you were going to use the input? I hate that my Triglide requires a wired headset and want to leverage my investment in SENA gear. Please let me know the plan. Joe

The SR10 wil not pair with your bike (or any bike)

The SR10 will only pair with a phone and a headset. See diagram here

The SR10 is mainly an adapter for a handheld two-way radio and your bluetooth headset.

What are you hoping to accomplish with the SR10 and your bike?

What I think you want to use is the SM 10, not the SR10.  Here is a desription of the SM 10.

    Bluetooth v2.1 Wireless

SM10 can wirelessly connect to Bluetooth headsets by supporting HSP/HFP (Headset Profile/Hands Free Profile), A2DP (Advance Audio Distribution Profile), and AVRCP (Audio Video Remote Control Profile). HSP/HFP is a standard Bluetooth profile that supports virtually all Bluetooth wireless headsets. Support for A2DP allows the SM10 to send stereo audio to Bluetooth headsets like the Sena SMH10. Enjoy Bluetooth music playback control by AVRCP--play, pause, track forward and track back--on up to two Bluetooth headsets.

The only other hardware you will need is a connection cable from your bike (either 5 pin ot 7 pin) that is available from Sena. you can both of these pieces on Amazon for a better price.

My issue with all of this is the Motor company is dragging their feet in supporting what is needed in bluetooth profiles, specifically  HSP-headset profile. This is why your Bluetooth headset won't work with the 6.5 infotainment system. HD customer support is basically clueless on this topic other than telling me last week "we are working on it".......................

    Good luck.  Joe
