Activate the voice command on a LG G3 with a SMH5-FM

Hi, I've just switched from an iPhone to a LG G3 and I'm unable to activate the SMH5-FM voice command as usual.

The pairing is fine, I can answer to calls, listen to music launched by hand...

I'v tried many workarounds (google now, voice mate...) found on the internet, but without success.

Please help me!

  Hi,

  This is an issue we've seen with android phones when the phone screen is locked for security. Try it without a screen lock on your phone.

  Thanks but no matter if the screen is locked or not. The yellow button doesn't do anything. I just hear a short bip.

  Have you looked at the default voice command handler? I think it can be set to either Google or S Voice - it needs to be set to S Voice IIRC.

  LG provides Voice Mate as the default software.
  Doesn't work, nor Google Now
  It's really annoying.
  I'm still waiting for an answer from LG too.

  Hi, after Hi, after doing a full factory reset and then install the latest firmware (lollipop), I'm still unable to use the voice command. LG doesn't help either. This drives me crazy...

  We bought one of your products and it doesn't works, the less you can do is trying to find a solution. This headset has a cost, and it's not that cheap.
