Hi there I just bought a new Dual pack from Motorcycle Superstore a week or so back. When I initially tried charging one of the units nothing happened. I tried the second unit and it charged just fine. When I went and tried the first unit it charged ok. I was able to update to the latest firmware and install the units in the helmets. However the next day the one unit was dead. I re-charged it and it worked as I went through the set up and testing it. I only used it for a few minutes. Again this evening I went to try them again and found the one unit dead again, it won't power on. It appears that it is not holding the charge. Is there a fix to this or do I have a bad unit?
