What is the build quality on the 20S like? The reviews I am reading indicate that it's not very high quality. I don't mind spending the money but I don't want to have to deal with issues at this price point.

David Behr I just bought a dual pack. My friend has been using his every day for almost a month and me a little less. I'm guessing if there ever was a build quality issue it was long ago - these feel and look quite impressive in both looks and build quality.

Cyrus A They are still having some quality conrtol issues. I purchased a Dual pack on 4/4/16 and one unit was Dead on Arrival. I contacted Tech support on 4/12 at 8:00 AM he had me go though a few checks and agreed the item was faulty. (No LED charge indicator light, Would not connect to Sena Software on PC). He stated I would receive a RMA number with instructions. After calling again that afternoon i received a RMA number. I shipped it back at MY EXPENSE of $26.00, (UPS with insurance to cover cost of unit). They signed for the package on 4/18/16 9:35 AM. but I didn't get a receive notification on the product until the 19th. I've asked for updates a few times on my help ticket with no response most of the time. The last response was 4/20 12:40 PM "we received your fault unit and currently working on your RMA. You will receive another email once the replacement unit has shipped". It has not shipped as of 4/21. Seems to me once they had the unit in there hands and determined it was faulty it should have shipped out that day or the next... or at least answer my question asking for expected ship date, and is the unit currently back ordered... but that message is being ignored. I love the one unit that is working.. But feel they could handle a DOA unit alot better...
