When will this actually reach the streets? Just bought a C3 Pro and am wanting to put the 10U in it.

I just saw the 10U on the sena sight and was wondering the same thing. I was also wondering about the 10C and the handlebar remote.

Im waiting for the 10u since march now. The release date keeps shifting and shifting. This week again it moved from 20th of june to 17th of juli. At this time Im starting to loose faith that it's ever going to be released this year. Since the summer holiday is coming Im going to need a proper intercom for my road trip......
Please give us a realistic release date!0 -
I ordered mine from on online retailer and it arrived a couple days ago, but I see that the same retailer is sold out of them now. So they seem to be trickling into stores.
I will say that after trying to deal with Schuberth's SC system for the past couple years, it's well worth the wait. I've only used it on two rides with my wife and it's already proven to be 100 times better and more reliable on the piece of junk Schuberth will sell you.

Hi, I have mine for a couple of days. It looks nice, but I'm still strugling with the settings.
FM radio falls out after an undeifined amount of time. Impossible to put it back on. It keeps on saying "FM off" each time I push the rear button for 1". None of the other radio commands work. All I can do is turn the headset off and back on again.Why is there no 10U forum around here ?

@Francis Duyck: Please perform a Factory Reset on your 10U. You can refer to the documentation for the 10U here http://www.sena.com/product/10u/#support on how to perform that operation.
Secondly, we will create a forum specifically for the 10U.

Off course I did even several resets on all connected items, to no success.

I received my 10u. Disappointed in the lack of support. No videos for install. the device Manager will not recognize the 10U on OS X , the "quick guide" is fine if there was a "real" guide somewhere on the site. thankfully someone did a you tube video of install on a Shoei GT Air which will at least be a bit like my Shoei Neotec. Would like to see more support, and a device manager that will recognize the unit.

I don't understand the complaints. I opened you tube and did a search for sena 10u install and found six videos on how to install the 10u. Device manager worked fine on my OS X mac. Which version are you using? Cheetah?

I did find install videos but not when I was searching for Neotec. the GT air one is fine when I changed my search. I do have the device manager working now after talking to support. I was pressing and holding the button for 5 seconds before connecting. so User error. Support was helpful. and they weren't sarcastic. using Yosemite 10.10.5 beta. Once I found the full guide as opposed to the quick start guide things made more sense.. Have a good day!
