Make sure in your phone app, you have enabled the recording of your voice and/or music recording.

On mine I have only Music and voice on while radio and phone are off.

Just a thought, check it out.

See my thread "heavy wind noises", got the same problem. Only the integrated microphone is used (little hole under the camera lense), the mics you've installed inside your helmet are ignored even they work for intercom or phone calls. I was not able to solve that problem.

    How did you fix it?

You may find this useful. Ensure firmware is latest version (as of 25-Jul-16 it's 2.0).

Next, go to Basic Settings, Speaker Sound Recordings. If this setting is turned OFF, then ONLY your voice will record. If it is turned ON, then you can then individually choose what other sources you'd like to include in the recording (Music, FM Radio, Intercom, Phone).

Note: there is an external microphone located underneath the front (little pinhole). If you DON'T cover this hole with electrical tape, this mic will pick up all kinds of outside ambient noise and many users find the recording to be very distracting to the track.

It's useful if you want that sound or, locate it near the exhaust for effect but, otherwise it's a PITA because there is no setting to turn it OFF/ON.

    Hope this helps.
