Has anyone got any sense from Sena support
For the second time this year my 20S had issues, it went into a loop of 'Group intercom', none of the buttons worked and the unit wouldn't power down .. In the end the battery ran out and wouldn't charge again .. The unit is dead.
This is what Sena help desk says after the distributor told me it will take 3 months to get a warrant claim.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but if its doing the same thing after replacement then maybe the device is not defective. Its just the way how it works. And lacing it again wont fix it. Well we can send you one b ut most definitely it wont fix he issue, what are the other devices connected to your bike and your Sena? Maybe you might as well consider talking to the supp.ort of your other devices there."
If the guy doesn't want to do his job and read the email - he's not helping is he ?
