20s echo with phone call
I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY VOICE ECHOING THROUGH MY SPEAKERS WHILE ON A PHONE CALL. IF ANYHONE HAS ALSO HAD THIS PROBLEM AND HAS A SOLUTION PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ALSO WHILE USING MY IPHONE 6S VOICE DIAL I HEAR AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF NOISE UNTIL THE CALL CONNECTS THEN GOES AWAY.

Do you have the Sidetone feature enabled? Sidetone allows you to hear your own voice when talking.
If Sidetone is disabled, try lowering the volume on your 20S while you're on a phone call to see if the echo would go away.
Is this an issue you have always had or is it something that you only noticed recently? Did you do any recent iPhone firmware update, or 20S firmware updates recently?

I did discover that the side tone was enabled. I turned it off. Now it's working perfectly. Thank you for the response. 0 -
But how can you hear your own voice on the intercom with sidetone turned off... I need to hear my own voice as well as my passengers.

The person that I am communicating with gets an echo on their phone. I have a Rumba. Everyone that I have called reports the sME PROBLEM.
