    Its now been over 2 months and still no answer on the European swap out - Do you intend to still do it - Or  have we brought Units not fit for purpose - No firmware updates are of any use to us

    Thanks for your patience. We are supposed to announce it next week before the release of SMH10 v4.0 firmware. Basically, the program is to provide SMH10-M01 (main unit) at 99Euro to current users for a couple of months.

    I have a dual set and would like to upgrade.....Am also in the uk ......Is the exchange system operating over her yet.....If so with whom?

    @David, the exchange program is over. During the program, the retailers had offered the replacement unit.

    This is not what I call good customer service.....A generic reply saying very little and giving no help what so ever. 

     I would have thought that us original customers who played a very important part in recommending the product to others and consequently the success of the product are treated in such a way!

    @David, please undertand our position. It has been lasted for three months and it was over in April, and we have been trying our effort  to let the users know this program. We sent mass emails to the product registration users, and strongly encouraged retailers to let the people know this program. However, not all of them have been benefited from this offering. We really appreciate our existing users and that's the reason why we provide this replacement program. Please understand the current situation.
