Your website is broken
I submitted questions about problems I had trying to upgrade the firmware on my wife's new bluetooth communicator system last week, and have heard nothing in response, except for an automatic notification that one was closed due to no response from me in four days. PLEASE get somebody in touch with me, fix your website, and prevent me from having to send this set back for a refund.

Yes, there's no need for anything but for you guys to fix your website. When I try to download software, I have to enter my email address. After clicking the Submit button to login, there is NO response.
