Allow BOTH rider AND passenger listen to priority messages from GPS (ZUMO).
When ZUMO is communicating with me, my passenger has no idea I am not hearing her talk.
And also, it's better when BOTH of of us know what street we must look for.

I would second this. We do a lot of foreign travel from UK. I need pillion to hear GPS alerts to help me to look out for correct turn. Rider has a lot to take into account when riding foreign lands and needs "second pair of ears and eyes" to take the correct route. The SM10 unit will only work passing GPS info to both headsets if conversation channel between headsets is not "open" . Possibly all that is needed is for there to be NO bluetooth priorities to allow GPS alerts to come through and also allow conversation between rider and pillion.

I've recently got 2 x 20S and found same issue with this product too.
