We have been using these more and more in our industry, arboriculture, and they are great for safety, efficiency, and just a pleasure to use. However, we have had a few issues related to the fact that they are easy to break when doing our line of work. Specifically:

• The exposed, thin wires are easy to break when working in and around trees.
• The headset main unit gets knocked off of the helmet quite easily.

We are using primarily the SMH10 for our crews and the SPH10 for our crane and equipment contractors.

Any thoughts on how we can make this a little more durable in the field?
