I also would like to ask Sena to add some control to be able to adjust the treble, midrange and bass....   I also agree that when I am not moving the sound is OK, but when I am moving with wind noise and traffic noise, etc then all I really hear is the treble...   It does not sound good when I am moving....  Better speakers would probably help, but if Sena can at least add the ability to adjust the treble etc then I think that would be a great benefit....

The quality of music is really bad on the s20. I was expecting a lot better. I have some friends that still use earbuds with it just because of that.

I agree completely. These speakers are terrible. Phone calls are clear but music lacks bass and clarity. Some of the problem is sound isolation, some is speaker quality, and the rest is a lack of bass control. I don't know if the speakers could handle more bass without getting buzzy.

I don't think the speakers can handle more bass....   I use Spotify, and it has an "equalizer" built into the software...   I tried increasing the bass and/or also reducing the treble, etc....  the speakers did not sound better with the equalizer adjusted and were NOT able to handle more bass during my experiments...  I am hoping Sena either makes better speakers in the future and/or makes better speakers an option to buy....

It is possible to change the speakers?

I don't think it is the speakers as the intercom is fantastic. However, we really so need bass/treble/midrange adjustment sliders in the app

I have purchased the Sena 20s two pack, for my son and myself; I found the sound quality to be like listening to a tin can... All high-end sound no mid or base. I asked my son how his set sounded he said it sounded really good We switched his headset onto my helmet without removing the helmet and found that the sound quality was much better. I feel it is not the speakers, rather the sound setting on the machine that I understand can not be adjusted. I assume that I must then go onto exchange my machine, I have only owned the setup for less than a month. I would prefer to keep the machine my son is using and only exchange the machine that has the sound quality of a tin can. Thank you in advance.
