Sena 20s needs the ability to say "Hello Sena" or whatever to then say "next/previous" etc during music playback when paired with a phone. Scala has it and its awesome. Had I known that Sena could not do this I would have bought Scala instead. I understand having Vox permanently "on" would consume battery and may be the reason you made it a button press instead. However give the user the option to enable Vox during music playback so we can decide.
