Sena APP and SMH10R

When I purchased the SMH10R I  missed it wasn't compatible with your APP. I assumed the only difference from the 10R and the SMH10R was the low profile design.  Is there plans for upgrading the APP to incorporate the SMH10R? I think a lot of people would appreciate it, like I said it was one of the reasons for getting the Sena.

  It is not possible to upgrade the SMH10R to work with the app as it does not have the hardware components necessary to be compatible with the Sena Smartphone App. In addition, here is the difference between the 10R and the SMH10R https://support.sena.com/entries/107831116-What-is-the-Difference-Between-the-10R-and-the-SMH10R-.
