No audio prompting whatsoever (20s)
Recently picked up a 20s during black friday and upgraded to v1.3 as soon as i got it. Biggest gripe is that the device does not talk to/acknowledge me whatsoever with the exceptions of beeps on startup. For example, it will not say "say a command", nor confirm that I have spoken said command. Infact it has not uttered a single word to me, so I'm often left in the dark if anything works at all unless I look in the mirror and see the green light flashing. I turned on every setting in the configuration and still nothing after multiple factory resets. Can anyone shed any light?
Ironically my buddy whom I split the dual pack with has no problems on this topic, but his tap is rather unresponsive to activate the voice command, where as mine is pretty good.....

Please make sure that the volume is loud enough by rotating the Jog Dial clockwise. If you are still not hearing any kind of beep indicating that the volume is at maximum level then please check that the main unit and the clamp kit of the 20S are connected by pressing on the silver release button on the clamp kit to release the main unit and slide it off of the clamp then squeezing the two together until you hear a click.

The volume is all the way up as I can hear the unit beep at me to indicate it's reached max volume. The Fm radio works fine and I can activate it with the voice command, I just have to visually double check to see the light has gone green to use the voice command. As I previously stated though, there is no confirmation of the device acknowledging me by responding "say a command" nor "Fm radio" after I have said the command. It does initialize the radio however.
The device is nice and snug as I've pushed it into the housing and heard the click. Double checked by trying to remove the device without pressing the silver button.0 -
Confirm your factory reset steps.
1. Press and hold the Phone Button (small button) for 12 seconds until the LED shows solid red.
2. Within 5 seconds, press the Jog Dial to confirm reset. The headset will be restored to factory setting and switched off automatically.

Followed those steps to a tee. Three times and still no voice response. 0 -
I have the Same Problem i Update my new 20s to 1.3 and done the Factory Reste step but i had no Audio Signal. 0 -
same problem here, my sena 20s don't have any ANY audio signal at all. Any solution?
ps:try the reset steps, it doesn't even said "goodbye" or anything even I factory reset it.
