The larger the group, the bigger the issues !?
For the most part I love your product...Enough to convince all the guys in my riding group to buy a 20S. When travelling in a small group (2-4 riders) the intercom works very well aside from some rustling noises (kinda like a guy rummaging through a junk drawer looking for a toothpick noise)...for the first time however we all tried to hook up together (7 riders)... <------ 7 of us, the reason we went Sena 20S in the first place. It was for the most part a horrible experience. We are all well educated on how the product works and links up and we tried both the group intercom setup and the daisy chain multi way set up. When we all could manage to get connected there was always one or two riders that heard static so bad it was inaudible...and we would always get broken up into smaller groups. We would group ride within 200 feet (maybe 10-15 feet between riders) We tried and tried to all be apart of the same conversation but we were never able to make it work well enough to continue to use the devices. Are there any solutions you can bring forward to help them not all hate me for making them buy 20s? and yes, the antennas were all up.

Try enabling 8-way intercom on the units section 21.9 in the current manual. Also take a look at this video from sena regarding group intercom setup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C6RtBsVN2ik

Group intercom works much better with ver 1.5 + firmware. Be sure to set 8 way mode and make the order of the group intercom list match the physical order you ride in.
