Sena 20S and SMH5
I have a 20S installed in my helmet, and my son/wife use a SMH5 when they ride with me. I haven't had any of the shut-down problems that people seem to be having, but the intercom will all of a sudden not be connected/active, and I have to press the jog button to connect to the SMH5 again.
Is there a way to keep the intercoms connected without these dropouts? It's a problem when I ride with my son, as he likes to hold on with his hands and it's hard for him to tell me it's not working when we're driving at higher speeds with wind noise etc.

Check that the shoulder pads in his jacket are not pressing the dial and disconnecting you. My wife's does this a lot.
