  Having the Same issue!! I Can't figure out how to update the firmware!

  First, if you are not yet registered, go here: http://www.sena.com/support/registration/

  Then you need to download the sena firmware update software here: http://www.sena.com/device-manager-download/

  There are also videos online on youtube about updating the firmware

  In order to download the device manager for 20S you need a hard line (Ethernet) to connect to your laptop in order for the download and update to occur. Unless you have great WiFi signal, it would not download on my home WiFi, so I had to use a hard-line to connect my laptop and it worked without an issue. This should be a solution for others.
