Virus found in Win64 version of Device Managager

I downloaded the latest 64bit version of the device manager to update the firmware on my SMH10.   Windows defender immediately deleted the file - see attached screen shot.   Malware found was a Trojan -

  Hi,

  I downloaded the same 64bit version and do not have this warning. Make sure your defender definitions are updated, then reboot and try to download it again.
