Sena 50s Failed to recognize device. Cannot open USB

    I'm having the same problem, I have 2 SPH10 and I have connected one to the device manager successfully and adjusted settings, but the other won't recognise the device.  I've tried on different computers and different cables, but nothing.  One connects without any problem, the other isn't recognised.

    Hej I am having the same issue but like I see nobody care about it. Week Support from Sena is not surprising.

    I used my USB cable from my Verizon phone and it worked fine.

    After spending WAY too much time following the instructions, I switched to a standard USB-C cable and then it worked.

    Using the Sena wifi adapter, the device is not recognized; switching to a cheap universal cable, it works. C'mon, SENA, it's been years with these problems!

    I have the same problem my 50s won't recognize by the computer or by the wifi original cable. I use many different cables usb 3 ,usb 2 ,usbc to usbc and 2different computers with no luck.
