Disable noise control on spider ST1
Hello
A few months ago I acquired a spider st1 dual, I have noticed that the advance noise control functionality is not well refined, sometimes my partner's voice cannot be heard on the other intercom, it is intermittent especially when the other person speaks in a tone Normally, the other person must speak in a loud tone so that it can be heard on the other intercom (it should be noted that the position of the microphone is in front of our mouths). Please allow users to disable this functionality as it does not accurately differentiate ambient sound vs. the other person's voice.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do about disabling the noise cancellation engine. However, there are several ways to reduce ambient or wind noise from entering your helmet, which may trigger the noise cancellation. You can try using the extra provided mic filter to increase density or using a wind blocker around your helmet to improve audio levels.
Another thing to note is that if the speakers are not centered or within close enough distance to your ears, there will be notable differences in audio levels. I've experienced this myself, where being a few millimeters off-center can make the audio seem quieter than it actually is.
If you believe this to be a hardware fault and the device is under warranty with a copy of the receipt, please submit a ticket and include a recording of both the ST1s in mesh intercom, along with a sample of the audio level differences.

I also have this very same problem. Except that we are using 50s and Spider ST1. There is intermittent on Spider ST1 when being heard from 50s; most probably due to noise cancellation. Hopefully there is a fix for this by Sena.
