SC2 intercom problem

I am really dissappointed about the intercom functions. I have linked the SC2 to my iPhone. It works perfectly. I can listen to music, use navigator, use CarPlay, use Siri, etc… The problem happens when I activate the bluetooth with a second helmet to use intercom. In the second helmet I have a nolan n-com b602 ntercom made by Sena. Infact I use bluetooth pairing for sena. When the intercom starts I am not able to listen to my iPhone. I can listen only the second helmet. I listen to a tentative of communication starting by iPhone but nothing else. There is like a sort of noise on top intercom voice from second helmet. It is like the SC2 is not able to manage two communications in parallel! How can I solve? This behaviour is not possible! Thanks.

    youj are lucky i cant get my sena to reply to hey siri or volume up and down also to  play music verbally although it will do it by pressing the remote buttons ,also cant get it to turn the mesh on.really  disapointed with the sc2 system a lot of money for something you cant depend on

    Both your SC2 and the Nolan N-Com B602 may have firmware updates available that can improve compatibility between the two devices and with the iPhone. Check for any firmware updates for the SC2 Geometry Dash and Nolan N-Com B602, and update them if possible. Manufacturers frequently release updates that fix issues with multi-device pairing and functionality.

    Try these steps to resolve the SC2 intercom issue:
    1. Ensure both devices are fully charged as low battery can cause connectivity problems.
    2. Reset the SC2 by holding the power button for 10 seconds until you hear a voice prompt.
    3. Update firmware for both the SC2 and Nolan N-com B602 to the latest sprunki  versions.
    4. Check compatibility between the SC2 and Nolan N-com B602, as some features may not work perfectly together.
    5. Limit electronic devices nearby to reduce interference.

    • Check SC2 Audio Multitasking Settings – The SC2 (made by Sena) should support audio multitasking, allowing intercom and media playback at the same time. Use the Schuberth SC2 app or the Sena Device Manager on your computer to check if this feature is enabled.

    • Use a Different Pairing Method – Instead of Bluetooth intercom pairing, try using Universal Unblocked Games 66 EZ Intercom Mode (if supported). Some Sena devices allow you to pair non-Sena intercoms as phone devices, which might allow audio mixing.

    • Adjust Audio Priorities – Some headsets allow adjusting audio priority between intercom and media. Try lowering the intercom priority in the settings via the Schuberth SC2 app.

    • Firmware Update – Make sure both the SC2 and the Nolan N-Com B602 are updated to their latest firmware versions using their respective device managers.

    • Re-Pair Everything – Unpair both the helmet intercom and iPhone, then reset the SC2 to factory settings. Pair the iPhone first, then the second helmet, making sure to follow the correct order in the user manual.

    • Try a Mesh Network (if available) – If your SC2 supports Mesh Intercom, consider using it instead of Bluetooth for intercom communication, as it handles multiple connections better.

    Having intercom issues with my SC2 and Sena pairing too! Music and navigation work great with my iPhone, but activating the second helmet's Bluetooth kills the iPhone audio. Sounds like the SC2 can't handle simultaneous connections. It’s frustrating when simple things don't work smoothly. Maybe a firmware update is needed? Reminds me of navigating tricky levels in Slope Game – need to find the right path to avoid crashing! Any advice would be awesome!

    There is a new update available for these Dena’s but every time you try to update them is only goes up to around 20% then crashes been doing this for ages I have gave up think these are an expensively overpriced system
