Sena 50R Intercom

I've only had the units for 4 months. At first everything worked OK.  I only use the units for Bluetooth intercom. At times my intercom volume drops very LOW, I have to turn the volume up, and they it starts working and blast my hears. At time we have static, not clear. Last every time we turn the 2 unit on we hear intercom pairing failed, and have the push the center button for it to work
