50R won't recognize

Using the same laptop and cable for the last 2+ years, I've updated my 50R.  Current version is 1.3.1

Now the Sena program says it failed to recognize unit.  Tried 10 different cables, deleted and reinstalled app, and reset unit.  P.O.S!!!!

  Hello,

  Your device does not require an update as it is already on the latest firmware version, V1.3.1.

  Please note that firmware V2.5.1 is not available for your device with:
  P/N: 50R-01, 50R-01D | Model: SP76

  It is only compatible with:
  P/N: 50R-02, 50R-02D | Model: SP128

  Regarding your device not being recognized, if you are using a USB hub or if your laptop has multiple ports, please try connecting to a USB 2.0 port instead.
