Hi, I bought a SMH5D pair of Bluetooth headsets last December. I installed one at a full face helmet for my daughter and the other one on a ¾ helmet for me. I am very pleased over all but have a recommendation about the mic connector. The mic connector tend to unplug with ease, so I had to fix a little rubber band to hold the connector together. Maybe the temperature (I live in a hot weather city) make the external piece expand a little bit more than the inner piece making it easy to disconnect with vibration.

I believe I had a pretty decent installation for both kits not leaving exposed wiring and fixing the unit with the recommended screw mount.

You should consider a crimping connectors and minimize this problem.
