20s Volume way too low
I've just bought a pair of 20s sena head sets and thought that things were going to be great now as my wife is starting to ride so I'd like to be able to stay in touch with her when on the road. Now we tested the set after installing them in our helmets. I walked about 5 meters away and after taking forever to pair (the shaking didnt work only one would blink green) the volume on my set was so low i could barely hear anything.
On my wife's end she says my voice was loud and clear. On my end her voice was faint and being that I could hear her in the kitchen (there was nothing between us, we were in line of sight with each other) I couldnt hear all she was saying. Seems like weak signal and connectivity.
Very frustrating. Please help.

if you have the Sena Bluetooth manager installed on your PC there is volume setting you can adjust in the settings for voice and music. Hope that helps. I think a firmware update fixed it.
