RMA not issued
I have a faulty SMH10 unit. I had got this from REVZILLA. Its nearing a month still I haven't received an RMA no. I have sent sena several gentle reminders over email. They don't even respond. Really shocked with the service,. Lately I got a reply saying that my RMA is in queue due to high volume of returns.
What's is the usually time period for an RMA to be issued?... plz help

I requested an RMA for a 2-week old Prism camera on 8/21. I thought the RMA would be in a day or two so I contacted them again on 8/24. I was informed that the previous request was not handled correctly and this time it would be. I submitted all photos, info, receipt copies, etc. on the same day. After 2 weeks of waiting I contacted again and they told me I was in queue and if they took additional action I would go to the back of the line again. As of tomorrow it will be 4 weeks. Still no RMA. WORST customer service I have ever seen... I have a SMH10 that I considered upgrading to a 20 or 30S, but think I will have to go to another brand now...

took them almost a month to create a shipment label after the RMA was issued.....
