The easiest way for me is to remove card and put it in card reader, not easy with big fingers ;)

Did you manage to update firmware to V2?

As I said above!!!  I am not interested in removing the card every time I want to move files from the unit to my computer.

And yes I have updated to version 2.0

    Thanks for reply.

I found that transfer from SENA to computer is over phone interface and I found this not convenient at all so went to manual finger mode. If you found something better let us know.

I am having issue with firmware update as SENA is disconnecting during update , used 32 and 63GB card same problem on few deferents computer.

did you had any similar issues?

    No.

Used 32 GB Samsung Pro  card.  No issues.

I just plug the usb cable into the headset and PC, turn on the 10c Pro then tap the camera button...PC then recognises the 10c as a drive like a USB device, then drag and drop your files...

I have a youtube tutorial on how I do it..

    Gid day Kevin.

Firstly mate many thanks for taking the time and effort to try and help me out and Yes I'm in Sydney Australia.

I am computer literate and I have done everything that I can think of but still no success. I have formated both micro SD cards (a Samsung 64 GB & a Samsung 32 GB) that I purchased for the unit and tried them in the 10C Pro on an old tablet running Windows 7 and that computer reads the 10C Pro and the installed micro SD Card.

Also when I remove the micro SD cards from the unit and put them in a USB micro SD Card reader and plug it into my desktop computer it reads them OK.

So I deduce that it is a conflict or setting issue somewhere on my desktop computer that causes the 10C Pro not to show up in 'My Computer'. Also, neither the 10C Pro or the installed micro SD card shows up in either 'Disk Management' or Device Manager' in Windows 10. The funny thing is that when I connect the 10C Pro to my desktop I get that warble sound that a USB device has been connected to the computer but it doesn't show up anywhere.

I shall persevere as there must be a logical reason as to why my desktop won't recognise this one USB device.

Again thanks for all of your help and I might see you out on the road sometime.

    Cheers Kym

I havent read all your replies so sorry if your getting the answer again. I knew I had done this before but was struggling with it. Think it doesnt like third party cables even though they are power+data cables...

    1) plug in using sena cable to PC (firmware/charge port on camera)

    2) turn on 10C (jog wheel + phone button)

    3) turn on camera (press camera button oncce)

should now see device appear in computer.

when finished you can turn off 10C
