I am 2 for 2.  Bought two 10C (normal and pro) devices and both failed.  Thankfully both were still under warranty but I am now always worried either will fail again, this time outside of warranty.  Both issues had to have been internal component failure given the troubleshooting (on my own and with Sena).

Also, it was disconcerting how finicky each device was when trying to upgrade firmware; Memory card size, brand, USB port, and host operating system all have to be in a "Goldilocks" range.

I mention all this because for the asking price from Sena, I expect a dependable device.

For those looking for an all-in-one device perhaps look for an alternative.
